Certified Personal Life Skills Coach
I am a Certified Personal Life Skills Coach who supports women who are facing transitional phases in their lives, such as, separation and divorce. Together we create positive and healthy self-care habits to meet life with a strong sense of self-worth.
In my practice I have created a process of learning new life skills which builds upon the strengths that each of my client already possesses. As each new tool becomes a habit, transformative healing begins to take shape. What starts off as a learned behaviour becomes a natural and healthy way of living.
By developing self-care habits, a new inner-strength is born and struggles and issues associated challenges can now be faced with positivity, inner peace and self-confidence.
I have dedicated myself to serving these women, helping them with compassion and loving kindness, so together our work brings about their healing and a renewed hope in their personal lives and future.
I know that making self-care changes really works. I know that having a supportive team of people, both professional and personal, really works. And I know that when we try there is always success.
How do I know this? Because that is what I did. I have walked through my own suffering and have found the restorative powers of self-care and positive living. I understand the pain of transitional life changes and the beauty of sorting through those unravelling emotions to find clarity and peace.
Our journeys can be difficult but I am so grateful for every moment, every lesson and even every failure because they have led me here…to a joyful life filled with loving connections and kindness.
