Want to learn how yoga can help?
Studies have shown yoga practice tailored to low back issues can help to relieve chronic low back pain.
Specifically designed to address chronic low back pain, this two-hour workshop includes discussion of relevant anatomy, reflection on factors that contribute to low back pain, and practical ideas to care for your back.
Join yoga therapist Melissa Campagnolo:
- Learn about “core” muscles and why they are important.
- Develop functional movement patterns and helpful habits for low back health
- Learn helpful anatomical concepts
- Learn how to practice yoga on your own at home to care for your back
Participants will receive a written yoga practice for home use.
Class size is limited, register early to reserve your space.
